Watched the first couple eps of Atypical on Netflix, pretty good. About an autistic teenage boy trying to date. My 8yr old son is diagnosed on the spectrum and seems just like him so it's very interesting to me.

Watching a show called Salvation that's not bad. Watched 3 episodes last night. Will probably finish 1st season by end of the week.

Agreed. It was still entertaining. I don't how they can keep it going from here. Bloodline was similar in the sense it had a great storyline in one season...the next was weak and the third season was almost unwatchable.

I think its been talked about on here before but I just discovered Peaky Blinders on Netflix....gangs in post WW1 Birmingham. Only 5 episodes into season 1 but totally loving it.

    The commentary was gold.

Very much so. There's not much more funny things in the world than taking actual Asian game shows, and showing them here with made up commentary, player voice overs and fake names. Loved this show

I honestly don't know what's the best but I think it might be everything Guy LeDouche does

The Orville is ... different. Not sure what to make of it. Kinda feels like a comedy version of Star Trek.

First couple of episodes weren't that great. I feel like each time they've deviated, they've failed (Archer Vice was pretty bad before recovering big time in the following two seasons).

Isn't it a full on comedy? The trailer did look a bit like all the best jokes are in it and it might not be that great.

I assume whether someone likes Seth MacFarlane or not will be a big part of whether people like it. I can't stand Family Guy, but I quite like some of the other stuff he's done like American Dad and the first Ted movie.

How can you not like Family Guy....but like American Dad............that doesn't compute
See the ball and let it fly, Watch the ball soaring through the sky, Higher like a comet in the night air, Defying gravity is rare, Let the ball fly, Its homerun time!!!!!

I hate Family Guy's comedy style of cutaway random jokes that have nothing to do with either the characters or setting. If you've ever seen the South Park episode which spoofs Family Guy (where the Family Guy jokes are selected by manatees in a tank picking random balls with jokes on them) that pretty much explains it.

Just finished watching Twin Peaks: The Return last night.

I'm assuming that's the end of it, but you never know with David Lynch. I'm really glad that he had a chance to end things on his terms, and to explain some of the crazy storylines that were twenty-seven years in the making.

That was a great season. It wasn't perfect, and there were some frustrating elements to it, like the entire angle with Audrey and her husband, Charlie. Seriously, what the fuck was that? And I do wish that Chet Desmond's disappearance from FWWM was explained, but alas it was not.

Assuming that is indeed the series finale, it was a fitting and bizarre conclusion. As is typical with Lynch productions, there are lots of questions that went unanswered, including the final scene.
