American Gods looks like it could be interesting.

The most recent episode of Riverdale was really good. All the elements are starting to feel part of a whole for the first time. According to the creator, the big reveal is in this week's episode not the last one.

Riverdale is how to properly make a trashy pulp show.

13 reasons why is exactly how NOT to do it. What a piece of shit.

Is that based on the Neil Gaiman book?

Damn. I had no idea they were making it, but that has real potential to be a great series.

Yes. As it is based on my absolute favourite book, I have some high expectations. But the first episode impressed me. The characters seem on-point and the cast is good. Particularly liked Pablo Schreiber (Nick from The Wire) as Mad Sweeney. I'm sure they'll be deviating a bit from the book and expanding some characters as the series goes on, but so far the overall tone and style is looking good.

Are you sure you're finished? The last episode hasn't aired. The big reveal was in the next to last episode.

Repeating myself here but this season of Better Call Saul is absolutely fantastic. If anyone watched BB and you're unsure about this show for whatever reason, watch it.

Definitely should watch Breaking Bad first though.

It was a lot better than the big "reveal" episode. This is what I wanted to see. More secrets exposed, more characters involved. The previous episode felt kind of rushed and perfunctory. That being said this epiosde also reminded me of some of the things I really don't like about the show. Though I get that it's realistic for Jughead to not be a good writer, his leaden melodramatic narration really lessened the impact of that last scene. I also basically hate Cheryl Blossom now. She's such a gothic nothing of a character. I did appreciate that we were spared most of Archie's song.

The Iron Fist is pretty awful. It's remarkable how bad Luke Cage and the Iron Fist are, and how fucking good Jessica Jones and Daredevil are. I'm guessing the mash-up show will be a clusterfuck.

Legion seems pretty cool though. Just watched episode 1 yesterday.

I'm hoping it's the next Game of Thrones; I find the potential story lines far more intriguing in the Witcher universe. Please please please don't fuck this up.

E: Also, Andrzej Sapkowski is going to take on a creative consultant role, I guess sort of like George R.R. Martin and the series is going to be based on the books and not the video game.
