Someone requested this on the radio and I could have kissed whoever they are on the mouth.

I haven't really loved an Ulver album since 2005's Blood Inside, but the new one is Depeche Mode-inspired experimental synthpop.

This is the only track I can post without linking the whole LP, but other choice tracks IMO are So Falls the World, Rolling Stone, and 1969 if anyone wants to dig deeper.

Previous albums I can recommend from Ulver are Blood Inside, Perdition City, and Themes from William Blake's The Marriage of Heaven and Hell.

My most recent track on SoundCloud.

My account is running out of space on that site, unless I upgrade with a subscription. Might start uploading some tracks on YouTube.

Amazing early footage of The Cure. Robert Smith doesn't look anything like himself yet but the band already sounded really great.

I saw the Cure in 1996 at Edenfest in Clarington...one of the best concerts in Canadian history...a whole weekend of incredible music...even if there wasn't a special surprise band Sunday night.

Chris Ott is a bit of an infamous douche but he has some really interesting things to say about The Cure here:
