    Seeing it tonight.

The bottom line is that this is a popcorn flick with a lot of nostalgia bombs, but for reason...they're paramount in driving the story. Basically, the people that are complaining are saying too much nostalgia and it gets tiresome...in which case, the entire premise is what you have a problem with, not the execution. I'm expecting to have a great time with the family.

I thought it did at first too but then I started to see some positive reviews trickle in and thought I'd give it a try. It was really good.

I tried to watch the kids movie The BFG on Netflix and had to shut it off after 20m it was so bad.
So when I saw the preview for RPO that’s what I thought of (Since SS was behind both)

He did a similar Xmas one that nobody watched either

That's good to hear because this seems like the kind of movie where the concept is awesome but it flops hard.

So Schwarzenegger had surgery to replace a heart valve today. The first thing he said when he woke up was, I'm back!

Ok, I'm convinced. Apparently it doesn't take much.

It was very fun. But that's not to say it wasn't without problems... I had issues with a few things, but it was a very good popcorn flick.

No matter how many times I see Return of the Jedi, I'll always be amused by how long Vader goes back and forth before saving Luke from Palpatine.

Seeing A Quiet Place tonight. Very positive reviews thus far. Here's hoping.

Saw it tonight. I loved it. Bit of cheesiness at the end but it basically 2 and a half hours of childhood flashback. Very Gen X

I saw it last night too. Really good! I recommend not ordering popcorn or any noisy snacks. Try and go when you think it won't be busy too. It's a really quiet movie and a lot of the suspense comes from the quiet parts.

It was very good. Agree with the quiet snacks.

Open all your bags before the movie starts.

Great scary movie for kids. A little scary, but mostly suspenseful, with no foul language or sexual references.
