The Australian Open should be really fun in January, can't wait. Djoker and Murray along with Stan the Man will be well rested. El Shapo has a lot to prove. Even on the women's side. Serena likely will be unseeded so one of the women in the top 5 might have a tough first round matchup lol.
I think Nadal has another 2 or 3 French Opens in him until his knees give way entirely. He might be able to win elsewhere too if he stays fit. I think Roger will win one more Wimbledon to get to 20 slams and that's probably it.

Then again, I thought both were pretty much done 2 years ago, so what do I know!

Nadal needs to win one more game, either at the Paris Open this week or at the ATP finals, to finish the year as world number 1.

Nadal pulls out of ATP finals. It's annoying that he ends the year as World number 1 - Federer deserves it more IMO.

If Roger had just played one clay court tournament or Rafa had skipped Paris (where he withdrew after winning the one game he needed), then Roger winning the ATP finals would have moved him to number 1 and capped a perfect year for him.

Djokovic and Murray both look like they’ll miss the Aussie Open, Nadal is also struggling. Surely Federer can’t win again can he?

Though there’s a good chance Federer will become world number 1 mid way through the season as Nadal will have to be perfect again on clay to retain the top ranking.

Might be an opportunity for someone like Milos or another player who has never won a slam before. A lot depends on what the draw looks like.

Yup, this tournament and the season as a whole could be wide open. At least one of Zverev, Raonic, Thiem, and Dimitrov have got to be looking at picking up a major this year.

Dominating at times... especially this set. I missed most of the second set when they switched channels. I'm watching hockey too.
