Just saying, if we could get the nickname Bo Bitches going, I would be happy.

I know I've been banging that drum for a while but every time I hear Bichette I see Grandad from the Boondocks when he nicknames himself Bitches

Tristan Pompey slashing a cool .371/.483/.573 as a sophomore at Kentucky, top 10 in the SEC in a lot of stats.
Should be a day 1 selection in 2018 at this rate. Might be better than his brother?

Not sure how his power/defense/speed tools actually grade out but it's clear he can hit.

I remember reading that his bat is a fair bit more advanced than Dalton's at the same age.

Greene supposedly hit 101 mph in the 4th inning today. Hot stadium gun? Probably, but that is still slinging it.

Dwight Smith Jr. with a 3-hit game tonight. It's time for the Jays to consider calling him up.. Bautista is currently killing the team right now with his lack of production when there's a potentially better option in the minors...

DSJ 4-4 tonight with a walk and an outfield assist.

Tim Mayza is putting it together with another solid outing tonight after a rough start to the season.

Smith put up two very mediocre years in AA. There's no reason to believe this is anything other than a hot start, he shouldn't even be in the conversation for a callup

You don't give up on an $18 million player after 50 AB.

How good is the league Lansing plays in? Is what the hitters are doing for real or is it mainly a hitters league, so higher numbers are expected?
See the ball and let it fly, Watch the ball soaring through the sky, Higher like a comet in the night air, Defying gravity is rare, Let the ball fly, Its homerun time!!!!!

It's a good league and what they are doing is impressive.

Average age of hitters this year is 21.3 and the average OPS is .674. This year it's leaning towards pitchers so far.

They're 18 and 19 and crushing the league averages. It's very impressive so far

To keep tabs on the various leagues and whether they lean towards pitchers or hitters, I use

IIRC the run environment in the MWL is actually slightly depressed.
