So.. who's watching tomorrow's fight and where?

I might have a few people over and watch it here on my big screen but not sure. Anyone know what BP charges and when do people line up for it? I've gone to them before but there was no charge to get in, I'm assuming this one's different.

There's no charge... that happens at Bar/Clubs. Go for wings and beers or whatever, you'll be fine.

Well I wasn't sure, I know other bars are putting in cover charges and/or tickets to buy on that night. St. Louis Wings just sent me an email 1 min ago to visit any of their participating locations to purchase tickets.

Whenever I've gone to BP for fights in the past there's never been any extra charge. Just get there plenty early.

This time a few of us are renting the PPV at a buddies place, should be quite a spectacle.

She'd be an instant star and likely make a ton of money. Probably not something you'd want to do long term because it seems like a brutal grind, but she could make a lot of coin in say a five year WWE run.

If anything she'd be a part-time star, it's not much of a grind showing up a few times a year.

She could go the rock route and use the WWE to transition into a movie star route. She looks done competeting for titles

Spectacle is right - it's going to be embarrassing. Potentially a new low for boxing IMO, as it transitions more and more to entertainment like WWE. McGregor can't box and Floyd has always been boring (though he's got a fantastic boxing technique).

The current low is David Haye's latest comeback fight against Tony Bellew. Before the fight stupid insults to try to drive up the hype and all the desperate boxing press were like "ooh they really hate each other, this time it's real hatred". Then it's a shit fight and they hug in the ring as soon as it's over and are best mates.

Seems like most big fights now are more about the hype and WWE style storylines.

All boxers/fighters hug after fights, do they not? Boxing has died a long while ago.

Mayweather might be the best technical boxer ever and McGregor doesn't know how to box. It's insane that this is even happening.

Mate, if you'd seen it it was comical. They're talking about wanting to kill each other beforehand but it was all for the show, as soon as it's over they're on the mic saying how much they love and respect each other, pathetic.

Gennady Golovkin - now that's boxing. No drama, no bullshit, just knocks out his opponent and then on to the next one.
