    It took awhile (I think he has a convection oven because my chicken took a lot longer than an hour and a half) but it was worth it. Those chips were really something,

    I BBQ'd steaks tonight, everyone loved it but my dad, I but em back on for another few minutes, he loved it, I say gross.

    Looking for an easy, delicious dinner? I followed this general recipe for pit beef which is probably the only good thing to ever come out of Baltimore. I found a freezer burned hunk of beef that I think was a blade roast but I'm not sure. Salted it, left it overnight and then made a horseradish sauce with a crushed clove of garlic, horseradish and mayo. The meat came out at 115 degrees Fahrenheit and was a perfect medium rare throughout. With the sauce and onions, it was one of the best beef sandwiches I've ever had, which is surprising when you're using cheap cuts. I served it on a ciabatta bun but any type of soft roll should do the trick.
