    He was injured last year with a shoulder. I fully expect him to rebound this season if healthy.

    You have to think any pitcher on the Orioles is basically pitching at 60% of their potential one way or the other. So if he's healthy I'd sign him.

    In 2015-16, Tillman had FIP's of 4.45 and 4.23. Wouldn't be the worst idea to see if he can regain some velo and get back to 4.50 or under, but a MLB deal would be pretty gross.

    By the way, his FIP's against Toronto for those same seasons were 8.62 (lol) and 4.94. 2015 was amazing when that offense was just destroying everything.

    Right - I was looking at the velocities listed under "pitch type". No idea why they don't match. Point remains, he was hurt last year.

    Man was that team fun. They absolutely mashed and any time it was a lefty on the mound they would destroy him.

    I would guess it would take minimum $6 million plus incentives to sign him. He won't be that cheap of a signing.
