The Twins are right back in the picture for the 2nd wildcard after going 8-2 in the last 10 games since playing us. The Angels still lead, with Ohtani scheduled to start against the Twins almost straight after our game is over.

I'd personally rank the odds of getting the 2nd wildcard as Angels / Jays / Twins / Mariners in that order (and I don't consider the A's a realistic contender). Long, long way to go though - especially as the only team out of those 4 that seems a lock to be buyers at the deadline is the Angels, the other 3 could each be sellers, buyers or neither.

This is surely Biaginiís last chance to start - Gaviglio looks like someone who should be given a shot.

Mercy! Somebody euthanize this Biagini starter experiment.
When I finish a job nobody sees me leave. I'm either swallowed up by the night or disappear in the mist.

I wonder if by trying to turn Baigini into a starter we threw away a really good reliever too

Pomeranz doesn't look too sharp either, gotta get to him before he can settle in
