    The TV Show Thread

Shows I'm currently watching (that are still in season): Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Person of Interest

The last season of Dexter starting up next month. Definitely looking forward to that.

    Cheers,
    Chris

Can't wait for Boardwalk Empire to start up again. Been watching more comedies of late, Parks and Rec, Workaholics, just finished up season 3 of the League a little while ago on Netflix and can't wait to watch season 4. Funniest show on TV imo.

I'm a fairly new Game of Thrones fan. Finished seasons 1 and 2 about a month ago, and got addicted so much that I ordered HBO + other channel to get caught up on season 3.

That first episode of season 1, I did not know that Game of Thrones would be like horror. Scared the crap out of me those first 10 minutes.

also, it's pretty damn well known at this point, but It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is a great show. I was reluctant to give it a shot for reasons unknown, but it's up there with Community for actual lol moments, personally.

I keep forgetting about the League, dammit, been meaning to check it out.
About time someone gave Jon LaJoie a big role in a TV series, and he delivers.

The League, even though it is American football, is really funny.

Does anyone else watch Archer? Most of the Arrested Development cast (Which I cannot wait for the next season!) and H. Jon Benjamin (Bob's Burgers, Home Movies) star in it. Some of the finest comedy writing and timing on tv, like on another world!

I tend to wait for a tv series I want to watch to get a few seasons in (GofT, Walking Dead), then watch a season over a couple of weeks on project free tv.

Oh, and for those who haven't watched it, the new British Sherlock, with Cumberbatch and Freemen, fucking A1. Only six episodes with another three coming but soooo good (Cumberbatch is the villain in the new Star Trek film).

Oh, and of course Sunny, especially after season 1 when Devito joined.
It is better to be feared than loved, if you cannot be both.

BE definitely one of my favourites as well.

Also enjoy Parks and Rec, along with Happy Endings. Modern Family still okay, but it's gone downhill a bit since they've turned it into basically the Sofia Vergara show.

Won't post any spoilers, but this past Sundays GoT I though was excellent, especially the interaction between Joffrey and his grandfather.

Yeah I saw it, I hate that little prick but we've seen how much of a coward he is (during the defense of King's Landing). I really think Tywin has the makings of a king but I'm not sure if he wants it.

I really want to see more from the White walkers, especially with how season 2 ended, but it seems like we won't see a lot of them until season 4 ;(

The Americans is one of the best shows I've seen in awhile.

Well written, realistic, amazingly hot women, and spy shows are the best.

Boardwalk Empire and GOT are two shows, that for some reason I haven't watched (friends and family love it). Never heard of the League, the clip I just saw on youtube was hilarious though, will be watching.

Game of Thrones, Dexter, Boardwalk Empire are all favorites of mine. Few more that I like, but those are probably my top 3.

Walking Dead was hit or miss for me for Season 3. They had a couple of episodes that were clearly filler so they could keep the ultimate confrontation until the finale. Really wish they would have tied off the Governor storyline though.
