I think that this is the first time I have ever beat a L54 team in all my fantasy leagues. The Dude has my number, even when I have had really good playoff teams, he has always beat me. He is like my kryptonite or Tampa to Toronto lol

I think this is the first time I've beaten VDart though he's almost always had way better teams to me so that's not too surprising. Still it's nice to get over that hump even if it doesn't really mean anything in the grand scheme of things.

I love DET went from hoarding prospects and first rounders to one of the best teams in the league. Gibbers would still be trading for first rounders if he was in charge

Yeah Gibbers was committed to the rebuild and having everyone break through at once or start the cycle again but that's an almost impossible approach. The success of DET this year shows that at any point, he could just cashed in his chips and been competitive instead of always pushing competitiveness down the road.

It's a little frustrating for me though. This should be my year to capitalize on a weak division except that it's not a weak division anymore. I missed that window between MIN being the class of the division and DET being the class of the division.
